Delete your whole account

Either way deletes your account and everything stored with it:

• In the app: menu (three lines, top right) > Account & settings > Account & backup > DELETE ACCOUNT.
• On the web: sign in at ridehero.app/app > Settings > Delete account, type DELETE and press Delete everything.

Can't sign in? Email admin@gotyou.co.za from the address on the account and we will delete it.

Delete some of your data, keep the account

• One ride: open the ride in the app or on the dashboard and press Delete this ride. It goes from the phone, the account and the dashboard.
• Stop sending anything: turn Back up to the dashboard off, or sign out. Rides then stay on your phone only.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted at once	Your email address and sign-in sessions, every ride and its file, your rider details and bikes, training, climbs and coaching links.
Kept for a while	Our hosting provider keeps a database history for recovery for up to 30 days; after that deleted data is gone from it too.
Not touched	Rides on your phone stay on your phone until you delete them there.
